What you can do

With millions of men, women, and children impacted by domestic violence every year, it can feel pretty overwhelming. No matter how much you may want to make a difference, it can be hard to know where to start. Here’s a few things that you can do to help.

Bridge the gap

Do you work in the tech or security sector? Be an advocate for victims and survivors or domestic violence, stalking, and harassment. When someone doesn’t have the agency necessary to set passwords and use privacy apps, their use case changes. Consider them when developing products and solutions. Learn more here.

Volunteer your time

Volunteers are a vital part of our mission. No matter your skill set or experience, there are ways that you can help. Whether it’s authoring  a blog post, developing guides and documentation, providing direct support to individuals or safe houses, or the countless other opportunities that exist, you can make a difference. Speak out

Refuse to normalize abuse in all its forms. For example, speak out against the use of stalkerware apps when you hear someone justify it. Become an advocate- someone that the people in your life know they can trust when they need someone they can talk to.

Support Operation Safe Escape

Because we never charge our client or partner for our help, we rely on donations and supporters to provide these critical services. Every donation is 100% tax deductible and goes straight towards program costs.
