Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally nonrefundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Your Donation Rights

You are entitled to request an inquiry within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for a donation inquiry is 30 days from the date on which You or your appointed party made the donation.

We will invesitgate and respond to You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the request. If any adjustment is made, We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

  • The donation must have happened in the last 30 days
  • A clear record/proof of donation must be presented by You

Meeting these conditions does not automatically qualify You for a refund. We will not investigate your request unless You meet the above return conditions.
