Operation Safe Escape is dedicated to helping anyone that needs us, regardless of gender or gender expression, race, national origin, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. We believe that everyone deserves to be safe, and also to feel safe.

We know that every situation is unique, so we treat each and every individual with the personalized care they deserve. While the steps below are typical, your process might be different depending on your needs and circumstances.

Step 1: Intake

When you contact Operation Safe Escape, you’ll be speaking with an intake specialist that is trained in trauma informed care. They will listen to your situation without judgement and look for ways that we can best help you.

Step 2: Establish Secure Comms

Establishing secure communications channels is critical, and one of the first things we do when working with a client. This involves making sure that you have a safe way to talk, not only with us but with the rest of your support system.

Step 3: Meet your Team / Develop a Plan

The intake team will introduce you to your customized team of specialists, each experts in different security fields relevant to your case. They will then work with you until you’re safe.

What you’ll experience:

  • You’ll be treated with respect and dignity at all times
  • Your data and personal information will be protected and not released to anyone without your permission
  • We will give you a secure, private workspace to work with your team. No one else will be able to access your information or know your plans
  • You will not be pressured to take a particular action, such as leaving before you’re ready or calling the police if you don’t think that’s a good idea. You’re in charge, we’re there to help
